Soulpresso exists to serve and nurture transformational leadership in the world. The entrepreneurs, creators, visionaries and artists who carry both greatness and humility. What follows are their words. If you want to know the kind of people who walk this path, and the depth of what they receive here, go below.
"Coming across this event has been the single most important thing in my life yet."
Gautam is incredibly wise and perceptive, very diligent and thorough in his approach and research, and he puts his heart into the work he is doing. He genuinely wants to help people have a transformative experience and become their best version.
And to top it all, Gautam is an incredible speaker with a great sense of humor. So you learn, transform and you have fun at the same time.

For the past few years, I've been living and working as a digital nomad; moving across places, collecting experiences, cultures, and perspectives. While the journey has been deeply liberating and transformative, somewhere along the way it also became quietly lonely. I found myself longing for a sense of belonging, a space where ambition and awareness could coexist.
I wasn't searching for networking. I was searching for resonance. For people who understand that success without stillness feels incomplete. And somehow, this Summit became exactly that space.
The connections I made here felt deeply authentic, nurturing, expansive, and healing in unexpected ways. I walk away with immense gratitude, not just for what I learned, but for what I felt.

You can't clean a dusty car windscreen from inside. The wipers and the water spout may clean them somewhat, maybe create a bigger mess, but you do need that external wash, scrub and cleanse to see the road ahead with utmost clarity. That is what the Soulpresso Summit did for me.
I saw. I heard. I conquered. I took charge of my life, which was already in my hands, tightening the reins and galloping at a happier pace ahead. Maybe I changed the route of my ride too!
Soulpresso is a multi pronged experience; it tickles your curiosity, awakens your consciousness, invigorates the brain, forces you to break unbeknown barriers, all while having the best 3 days of your life.
Thank you Gautam and team for showing me the light within and lighting it.

The official after-movie
Daily recaps

When I enrolled for the Soulpresso Summit, I came with a very casual mindset, no expectations, nothing attached. But what unfolded was beyond anything I could have imagined. With every passing session, I found myself completely blown away, amazed, surprised, excited, and deeply moved.
For a long time, I had been someone who suppressed emotions, holding in pain, struggles, and unspoken feelings. It gently rewired my mindset, it opened my heart space, it allowed me to feel again, and most importantly, it helped me begin healing the parts of me that I didn't even realize were still hurting.
Professionally, I work as an Administration Specialist in an MNC, managing a team of 300+ people. Something shifted after the summit. Today, almost 6 months later, I've designed and conducted self-help workshops and team training sessions focused on well-being and personal growth, standing there confident, expressive, leading sessions, creating impact.
In my personal life too, I've begun to notice subtle yet meaningful shifts in how I respond, how I perceive, and how I choose to show up in my relationships. I am deeply grateful to Gautam and Soulpresso; through his unique "secret recipe" of transformation, he has helped bring out a completely new version of ME.

Attending Soul Presso in Goa was truly one of the most life-changing experiences of my life.
When I came back in November, I felt completely recharged, lighter, and more connected to myself than I had in a very long time. What I found there was so much more than an event—it was a shift in perspective, a reminder that life happens for us, not to us. That became my biggest takeaway, and it has stayed with me ever since.
The opening heart exercise was incredibly powerful. I never realized how much of myself I had shut down, or that I could allow myself to truly feel again. It opened something within me that I didn't even know I needed.
The breathwork session with Mike was one of the biggest breakthroughs for me. It was absolutely phenomenal. During that session, I had such a deep revelation about myself, and I broke open in a way I never expected. Looking back, I realize I had been holding on to so much for so long, and I needed to let it go. As intense as it was, it was also beautiful.
What made it even more powerful was the way the community held me through it. The friends I found there, and Monica's beautiful healing session afterward, helped me feel safe, seen, and supported in one of my most vulnerable moments. I will never forget the love, care, and kindness that surrounded me.
Harish's fire walk was another unforgettable experience. It helped me let go of so many fears, doubts, and inhibitions. Walking through that fire made me realize how much stronger and more capable I really am.
But beyond all of that, what made Soul Presso so special were the people. I found genuine, lifelong friendships, deep conversations, and a sense of belonging that is rare to come by. I came back with a new perspective, a new enthusiasm for life, and so much more clarity about the person I want to become. I felt inspired to keep building myself—to work hard, take care of my body, exercise, eat clean, and keep showing up for my dreams with more intention and faith.
I am so grateful for everything Soul Presso gave me. It didn't just inspire me for a few days—it helped me heal, reconnect with myself, and reminded me that sometimes the most beautiful transformations happen when we finally allow ourselves to let go.

It's been a while since I attended this, but I still find myself coming back to a lot of what I took from it.
One of the biggest shifts for me was around ownership, truly understanding that my experience is my responsibility. Not just when things are going well, but especially when they aren't. That perspective alone has stayed with me and continues to shape how I respond to situations.
The sessions also made me more aware of my triggers and how much they reveal. Instead of reacting, I've started noticing them more, and in many ways, what once felt like discomfort has slowly become a source of learning. That idea, that what hurts can also become your medicine, really stayed with me.
There was also a strong emphasis on dropping labels and seeing things with a fresh lens. I didn't realize how much our judgments shape our reality until I started consciously letting some of them go. Even the simple thought of "maybe I don't know this yet" has helped me stay more open and receptive.
Another thing that stuck was thinking long term, not holding onto things that won't matter years from now, and understanding how small behaviors and mindsets compound over time to shape who we become.
What I appreciated most was the simplicity of it all. Nothing felt heavy or forced, but the depth was always there. It created space to reflect, to question, and to grow at your own pace.
Looking back, it's one of those experiences that didn't just stay in those few days, it continues to show up in small, meaningful ways even now.

Soulpresso experience is so close to my heart and it's a lifetime experience for me. I was very skeptical and felt very inferior to be with people. I was about to skip the event and considered myself incompetent to the crowd. Also the language barrier of not knowing Hindi actually punched that fear more. Out of all this, I somehow equipped myself to be present for the event which gave me the exact confidence of being authentic with people. I got beautiful memories with those people around and had some memorable life conversations there. I completely enjoyed being myself on all the events. I still remember and relive the moments when I recollect. Kudos to the team in bringing up hospitality with energy and enthusiasm. I thank the entire team for curating such a beautiful experience and I share here that this event shifted my perspective of seeing myself beyond the inferior self which pops up occasionally.

Soulpresso Summit Goa (7–9 Nov 2025) came into my life at exactly the right moment—when I needed a pause, a reset, and clarity amidst personal and professional transitions. What I experienced was nothing short of transformative.
From the very first step at the registration area, I felt an instant sense of belonging—as if I had come home. The energy throughout was vibrant, uplifting, yet deeply calming.
Connecting with incredible, unique individuals—many of whom I met for the first time—led to meaningful, heartfelt conversations that transcended introductions.
The experiences—from firewalk and sound healing to breathwork and playful exploration at the Playground —were powerful and unforgettable.
I arrived with zero expectations, and left with renewed direction, inner clarity, and a full heart.
Soulpresso is not just a retreat—it's a space that awakens, heals, and energizes you in the most beautiful way.

Attending the Soulpresso event in Goa was a profoundly intense and transformative experience that beautifully complemented my ongoing spiritual journey. As a busy entrepreneur balancing business growth with personal reflection, I found the sessions deeply immersive—challenging me to confront inner barriers, embrace mindfulness, and realign with my higher purpose. The energy, facilitation, and community were exceptional, leaving me with renewed clarity, patience, and inspiration to integrate these insights into my daily life. Soulpresso isn't just an event; it's a catalyst for real self evolution. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking depth and growth.
Thank you, Soulpresso team!

Attending the 3-day summit turned out to be far more than just an event on my calendar, it became a quiet revolution within me.
I walked in with curiosity, not fully knowing what I was seeking. Maybe clarity, maybe connection, or maybe just a break from the routine rhythm of life. But what unfolded over those three days was something I hadn't prepared for, a deep, internal shift that words can barely hold, yet my heart recognizes completely.
Being surrounded by so many individuals, each on their own journey, created a space that felt incredibly real. There were no masks, no need to impress, just raw, honest human experiences unfolding moment by moment. Somewhere between the conversations, the silence, the laughter, and the tears, I found parts of myself I didn't even realize I had lost.
One of the most powerful aspects for me was the inner work we were guided through via various sessions like Breathwork, walk on the fire, Hape and many more experiences which were specially curated for the summit to expreince something incredible. It wasn't just about learning something new, it was about unlearning, releasing, and reconnecting. There were moments of deep reflection where I could clearly see patterns, fears, and stories I had been carrying for years. And in those moments, something softened. Something shifted.
I realized how often I had been living on autopilot, disconnected from my own needs and truth. This summit gave me the space to pause, to listen inward, and to realign. It reminded me that growth isn't always loud or dramatic, sometimes it's gentle, subtle, and profoundly life-changing.
What I'm taking back with me is not just memories, but a renewed sense of awareness, courage, and self-compassion. I feel lighter, clearer, and more connected, not just to others, but to myself.
This wasn't just a 3-day experience. It was a beginning of a new relationship with my own life.
And for that, I am deeply grateful.

Attending Soulpresso has been nothing short of a transformational turning point in my life. It nurtured my Directions, aspirations and purpose of life.
What started as a simple intention—to step out, meet new people, and perhaps have a refreshing experience—unfolded into something far deeper. Walking into a space filled with strangers was initially intimidating, but what I found was a community rooted in authenticity, warmth, and zero judgment. It became a safe space where I could truly be myself—raw, vulnerable, and real. The " Pause" defined as well as strengthen me.
Each session gently peeled back layers I didn't even know I was carrying. From powerful reflections and emotional awareness exercises to moments of stillness, joy, dance, and deep connection—every experience expanded my inner world. One of the most profound shifts came from understanding how deeply our emotional patterns and past conditioning shape our present reality. Through processes like forgiveness and self-awareness, I was able to release emotional weight that had been manifesting physically for years.
The transformation wasn't just emotional—it was holistic. I began to feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned within myself. Something truly shifted. It gave me the courage to step into a newer version of myself, to prioritize my well-being, and to consciously create a life rooted in self-love, awareness, and growth.
Even after the summit, the impact continues to unfold. It's not just an event—it's an experience that stays with you, evolves with you, and gently nudges you towards your highest self.
Soulpresso is more than a gathering—it's a journey, a breakthrough, and brings sense to life I am leading.
Heartful Gratitude to Gautam and I Manifest one day I would really want to work with Gautam in the realm of enriching SME's in India.

Soulpresso 2025 felt like a reset I didn't know I needed. From the very first circle, connecting with such diverse and inspiring individuals felt like going back to college—open, energizing, and real.
The life questions along with the memento mori exercise helped me quickly anchor what truly matters, and the Day 1 firewalk pushed me beyond self-limiting beliefs in a powerful way. The Zumba sessions added a fun, high-energy balance that made bonding effortless. The assimilation of topics - from relationships to health & longevity to grief, love and experiencing alternative healing were phenomenal.
Mike's breathwork session was genuinely transformative, and the "sugar cube" and "Angels & Humans" affirmations from fellow participants are something I'll hold onto. I liked learning some practical things like manual lymphatic drainage massage.
What stood out most was the space to pause, reflect, and reassess my direction. Soulpresso isn't just a retreat—it's a catalyst.
I'd highly recommend it to anyone who has achieved a certain milestone in life and is asking, "What next?"

I moved to India from the US in mid-2024, completely lost and trying to build my coaching career from scratch. I didn't understand the Indian market, didn't know where to begin, and felt stuck despite having the intention to grow.
Finding Soulpresso was a turning point.
I took a leap of faith and joined their 3-day immersive retreat, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I've made for my personal and professional growth.
This wasn't just a retreat. It was a deeply curated experience that combined neuroscience, belief work, NLP, breathwork, and powerful self-reflection practices. Every session was designed to challenge how you think, expand your capacity, and help you move past your internal limitations.
The breathwork sessions were especially transformative. I was able to access and release emotions I didn't even realize I was holding. The journaling and breakout sessions helped me acknowledge my journey and reconnect with my own sense of self. And experiences like the fire walk pushed me beyond limits I didn't know I had.
One of the biggest shifts for me came from Gautam's session on self-image. It made me confront the subconscious beliefs that were quietly holding me back. That awareness alone changed how I see myself, and how I show up.
That translated into real action. After the retreat, I stepped into a new level of clarity and confidence. I'm now building my coaching program with stronger direction and purpose, and I genuinely believe in my ability to contribute meaningfully to people's lives. Being surrounded by individuals on a similar path reinforced that this work matters.
But beyond the tools and techniques, what truly stood out was the environment. Being surrounded by people who are deeply committed to growth, alongside leaders in the health and wellness space, creates a level of transformation that you simply cannot achieve alone.
Soulpresso isn't just an event, it's an ecosystem that supports real change.
I left with clarity, confidence, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of purpose.
If you're at a point where you know you're meant for more, but feel stuck or unsure of your next step, this experience will move you forward.

Being a thyroid cancer survivor for the past 12 years has pulled out the spark I had in my life. I waited for 12 long years and everyday spoke to myself about the things I want to achieve in life, but sadly those remained just words and unachieved targets. I kept struggling emotionally and mentally until I was lucky enough to be a part of Gautam's program.
This has really transformed me and I am really thankful to Gautam Khetrapal...thanks a million billion and trillion times for this opportunity and the best experience of my life!!! This has given me my lost confidence back. It has allowed me to dare to live my life on my own terms.

I have been suffering from chronic headaches since I was 13 years old, I had severe pains and daily dependence on medications. In Gautam's Personal Mastery session, I understood my internal emotional blockages & negative programming from childhood, and in a guided forgiveness process, it released the physical manifestations of my emotional pain, and my chronic headache was relieved overnight.
It's almost a year now. I am glad that the severity of those headaches has gone down by 90%. I am consistently working on my physical health by eating right, exercising and practicing Emotional well-being practices to keep me going. I can't thank Gautam enough for helping me and making me aware of the root cause from where it all originated.

I was diagnosed with clinical depression and was on and off the medicines since 2006 and then, Gautam's event "came" to me. I was astounded to do those everyday teachings. I started peeling one layer at a time of me everyday and then, came the real ME, who was as normal as anyone on this earth. (My eyes are welling up as I am writing this). I'd been keeping lots and lots of burden on myself which were all washed out slowly and steadily by the exercises which were given daily to us by Gautam and his team.
During this program I could admit to my husband that whatever is happening between us is not because of him, and that it is because I am not able to accept myself as I am. Once I said this, so many things between us changed and now I am having a healthy relationship with him.
I can go endless for this, but I know there is a limit to it. So I would highly recommend that everyone should go for this if you want to know yourself.
Thanks a million from the bottom of my heart.

Now more than a month later, I can definitely say something shifted and shifted distinctly. As I sit and reflect, one of my big insights was in recognising my old childhood limiting belief systems: that fuelled my journey in life thus far, but inhibited me from taking my next big leap. And as I sat with my son and did an intense and vulnerable sharing of this exercise, I broke down and connected to that hurt and wounded inner child within me. It was beautiful when my inner child met with my own child, catharsis was inevitable.

Soulpresso with Gautam has been a life changer as I don't see it any other way for now. It's been a few months already, but I am so mindful of my actions and behaviours in life and at the workplace. Response has taken over reaction and I soon intend to replace Response with Acknowledgement!
It has given me a renewed sense of motivation and support to be calm, peaceful and align with my best abilities. I now am grateful for whatever I have in life and to people around me. My life has become positive and I am able to make and enjoy deep connections with my family and friends.

I was not sure what to expect after 32 years in serial entrepreneurship and 13 years running an academy and being a coach myself. But but but… I was surprised right from Day 1 with Gautam.
Having to unlearn to learn again from this young and enthusiastic soul was wonderful. The entire learning journey was superb. I felt like a fresh student again and got charged up. Everyone just needs to go through the course at least once in their life.

Every time I attend this wonderful wellness festival, a part of my soul is rejuvenated.
A gathering of like minded people helping themselves and each other play full out is really the best kinda gathering if you ask me and I'm always so grateful for the day I clicked on that insta ad and discovered it (pros of social media)
This time I even performed a set of my spoken word poetry which was definitely a confidence level up for me in that space of life.
We unlearnt, we learnt, we danced, we played, we forgave, we partied, we rested, we disconnected, we connected, we dreamt and started acting on our new dreams as individuals and a collective.

The event was full of positive Vibes, healing of body and mind, Love and togetherness, making new friends, exploring your passion, intuition and potential, dance, music and celebration. Lots to experience in 3 days at one place at a beautiful beach in Goa. Best thing was the visionary leadership and Energy of Gautam Khetrapal. I enjoyed each and every moment.

Gautam's event was remarkable. It was like a walk through your own life's timeline and you end up realizing why you behave in a particular manner as an adult. Which suppressed childhood memory shaped your behavior as an adult. It's amazing, you don't even realize why you are crying in the session, probably it's your unconscious and subconscious mind reacting to the process. LifePlugin changes the trajectory of your life. It was a kind of reset button in my life.

Gautam is gifted and great teacher, his wisdom comes from his heart but always supported by useful frameworks and knowledge. He can always give you right advice at the right time and provide support and direction. Learning every day, he is constantly growing and is a great example of self-achiever. His sense of humour makes any process of going through a transformation joyful and fun.

I look for authenticity when I learn from someone, and Gautam is one of the most engaging, honest, and enthusiastic people I've ever met. (Not to mention he has an amazing sense of humor.)
His incredible drive to understand the world, the people, and human nature, coupled with his empathetic personality, makes him a powerful mentor and an incredible source of inspiration. His advice & insights have improved the quality of my life. No matter how successful or happy you are right now, there'll be something you can learn from Gautam to improve upon in your life.

These are real stories from people who walked in unsure and left transformed. The next Soulpresso Summit could be your turning point.
